Want to meet other runners and get stronger to prevent running injuries? Join us for RunSMART!

Indoor/Outdoor RunSMART is here! Classes are held outdoors weather permitting, indoors during Winter. Masks are required indoors, social distancing is encouraged through equipment placement. The 2022/23 indoor Winter session is now underway! Classes are held every week (except Holidays):

Saturdays 12:30 – 1:30 pm
Edward-Elmhurst Health and Fitness – Woodridge

We now offer pay-as-you-go (pay each week) and 6 week ”virtual’ punch card (to use as you wish) options.
